Chiru is a subscription-based software service provided by Toros Workshop LLC (operating as Toros Laboratories). We want you to be satisfied with your subscription. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.
Chiru subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you select. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
Monthly subscriptions: No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Annual subscriptions: Refund requests submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase or annual renewal date may be eligible for a full refund at our discretion. After 14 days, no refunds are issued for annual subscriptions.
Free plan: No charges apply to the free plan.
To request a refund, contact us at support@chiru.io within the eligible refund window. Include your account email address and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing & Plan → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Refunds will not be issued for accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.
