By creating an account or using Chiru, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Toros Workshop LLC d/b/a Toros Laboratories ("Chiru," "we," "us").
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 13. Chiru does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Chiru is a cross-platform content publishing tool that enables simultaneous distribution to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, Bluesky, Facebook Pages, and Pinterest. Chiru does not store your video content. Video streams directly from your device to each platform's API — we are a conduit, not a host.

US subscribers are billed through Stripe. Non-US subscribers through Paddle (Merchant of Record). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
If you upgrade to a paid plan and request a refund within 24 hours of the initial charge, and have not made substantial use of paid features, you may receive a full refund. After 24 hours, all charges are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant Chiru a limited license to transmit it solely to provide the Service. You may not publish content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, exploits minors, promotes violence, or violates any Connected Platform's guidelines.
Platform OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM. You may revoke access at any time in Settings. Your use of Connected Platforms is subject to each platform's own terms.
"Chiru" and the Chiru logo are trademarks of Toros Workshop LLC. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.
Our Privacy Policy governs data practices and is incorporated here by reference.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or successful delivery to all Connected Platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chiru's total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold Chiru harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.

We may update these Terms with 14 days' notice via email and in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
