By creating an account or using Chiru, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Toros Workshop LLC d/b/a Toros Laboratories ("Chiru," "we," "us").
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 13. Chiru does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Chiru is a cross-platform content publishing tool. You can currently publish to Bluesky, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X. Support for Instagram, Facebook, and Threads is coming soon, pending each platform's app review. Available platforms may change as we add or adjust integrations. While our app review is pending with certain platforms, some functionality on that platform is limited — for example, TikTok currently restricts videos published through Chiru to private visibility until TikTok completes its review, and Pinterest pin publishing requires Pinterest's Standard API access, which is also pending.
Chiru does not store your video content when you publish immediately — it streams directly from your device to each platform's API; we are a conduit, not a host. When you schedule a post for later, we must hold your media somewhere until the scheduled time, so it is stored temporarily, encrypted, and automatically deleted once the post publishes or after 30 days, whichever comes first.

US subscribers are billed through Stripe. Non-US subscribers through Paddle (Merchant of Record). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in USD and may change with notice as described in Section 16.
If you upgrade to a paid plan and request a refund within 24 hours of the initial charge, and have not made substantial use of paid features, you may receive a full refund. After 24 hours, all charges are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant Chiru a limited license to transmit it solely to provide the Service. You may not publish content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, exploits minors, promotes violence, or violates any Connected Platform's guidelines.
Platform OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM. You may revoke access at any time in Settings. Your use of Connected Platforms is subject to each platform's own terms.
8.1 Usage Fees. Certain features, including posting to X (Twitter), are subject to additional usage-based fees (“Usage Fees”) separate from your subscription. Current rates are displayed in your account settings and may be updated with 30 days advance notice.
8.2 Current Rate. The current rate for X (Twitter) posting is $0.03 USD per post successfully published. This rate is passed through from X’s API pricing with no markup. Chiru reserves the right to update this rate with 30 days notice if X’s underlying API pricing changes.
8.3 Spending Limits. You may set a monthly spending limit for usage-based features. Chiru will pause X posting when your self-set limit is reached. You may increase, decrease, or remove your limit at any time. Changes to spending limits by any team member are logged in the workspace audit trail.
8.4 Platform Spending Cap. Regardless of any limit you set, Chiru enforces a maximum monthly platform-level spending cap per subscription tier (Starter: $10/month; Pro: $25/month; Agency: $50/workspace/month). This cap exists to protect both users and Chiru’s platform integrity. The platform cap cannot be increased or overridden by any user action. Chiru is not obligated to disclose when the platform cap has been reached beyond pausing X posting and notifying the account owner.
8.5 Payment Authorization. A valid payment method is required to enable usage-based features. By enabling X posting, you authorize Chiru to charge your payment method for accumulated Usage Fees at the end of each billing cycle. Authorization is logged with a timestamp.
8.6 Failed Payments. If a charge for Usage Fees fails, X posting will be suspended immediately until the outstanding balance is resolved. Chiru will retry failed charges up to 3 times over 7 days. Unpaid balances carry forward to the next billing cycle and must be settled before X posting can be re-enabled.
8.7 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback for legitimate Usage Fee charges constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension. Chiru maintains detailed usage logs and audit trails sufficient to contest chargebacks with our payment processor. If you believe a charge is in error, contact support@chiru.io within 30 days of the charge date.
8.8 No Liability for Third-Party Pricing. X (Twitter) API pricing is set by X Corp and is subject to change. Chiru is not responsible for changes to third-party platform API pricing. Chiru will provide at least 30 days notice before passing any rate increases to users.
8.9 Publishing Limits and Quotas. Chiru enforces daily publishing limits and burst cooldowns per subscription tier to maintain platform integrity and comply with third-party API requirements. These limits are documented at chiru.io/help and may change with reasonable notice. Service interruptions caused by third-party platform API changes, outages, or policy updates are not grounds for refunds or credits.
8.10 Refunds. Subscription fees are non-refundable. Usage Fees for posts already published are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Our Privacy Policy governs data practices and is incorporated here by reference.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or successful delivery to all Connected Platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chiru's total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold Chiru harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.

We may update these Terms with 14 days' notice via email and in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, create risk or legal exposure for us, or as required by law. On termination your right to use the Service ends; paid subscriptions are handled under Section 5 and our Refund Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including content ownership, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — continue to apply after termination.
Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights. Except where prohibited by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and you and Chiru waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class, consolidated, or representative action. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing legal@chiru.io within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Nothing here prevents either party from bringing an individual claim in small-claims court where available, or from seeking injunctive relief for intellectual-property misuse. This section is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
